St. Joe State Park, in Park Hills Mo. is awesome. I think there are about 3000 acres, 800 acres of sand flats, and the remainder is trails.

Yup...heard it was a nice place...wanna check out Wolf Pen Gap too some day...

A guy we talked to today at Disney said there were some nice places near the Texas border...Red River Riding Area I believe is what he recommended...

Wolf Pen Gap is awesome, we have went 4 times in the last year. It is by far the best place we have been. WPG is great by itself, but there are numerous other trails around WPG. You can ride on all the roads and the rangers and sheriff do not mind at all, infact one of my buddies got too far behind us on a road and the ranger drove down the road and got him headed in the right direction for us.
